2. Product Order
Products can be ordered over www.ypsichair.com or email address email@example.com. Products can be ordered 24 hours per day, all days in the year.
When you decide to buy or you visit our website, you can order our product following these steps: on the website; you need to search for the product you want. Click on a picture for a closer look. Under the text description there is a window for quantity in which you select the number of pieces you want to buy. When you choose a number, click the button »add to cart«. If you want to add another product, you need to choose it in the upper menu under the button »products« and you repeat the procedure one more time. When you enter the desired quantity in the cart, a green stripe will appear on the bottom of the screen on where you can click the sign »show the cart«. If the value and the quantity are ok and you agree with the cost of delivery, click the button »checkout«. You will enter a new page where your personal data is required including address for delivery. When you have read the Terms and Conditions and confirmed that you agree with the click on confirmation button, click the button »place order«. After the click a message will appear on the bottom of the screen that your order was accepted. Before you confirm the order, you can go back to the beginning and change, delete or add entered choices. You can view the status of the order with all the details under the button »My account«, which you can find at the bottom of the home page in the black marked part.
All accepted and paid orders are concerned to be irrevocable. In case of a mistake in the order or any other reason, the buyer can, without any additional costs cancel the order, if the order is still in the phase of processing or wasn’t sent by post yet.

After placing an order via email, you will receive an answer over email that your order was successfully launched. The company can call the buyer on his contact phone number to check the entered data, accuracy of the order or coordination of the order. The purchase contract with ordered and paid products between buyer and seller is irrevocably concluded upon payment of the goods.
All prices are in euros. Prices already include 22% VAT. We reserve the right to make errors on the website in both pictorial and textual part and we do not take responsibility for them. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Delivery and Payment
The customer can choose between the following payment methods

PayPal money-transfer system
Delivery of the ordered goods from the online store is also possible in most countries around the world.
The shipping rate for different countries is based on weight and is calculated at the checkout.
International Delivery time for items in stock is usually 3-10 days.
The delivery period may be longer in countries with customs administration.
If the goods you ordered are out of stock, a delivery period will be mutually agreed.
5. Complaints and Return of Goods
After receiving the goods, the buyer is obliged to check the quantity and quality of them.
The buyer has the right to notify the seller by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost for the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal from the purchase. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in original and undamaged packaging. The consumer is liable for a reduced value of the goods if the reduction in value is the result of wrong handling of the product, which is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In the event that the buyer used the goods, which is evident from the product (which is inspected by the commission of our company when returning), the buyer is not entitled to a full refund, but a proportional share is deducted according to the appearance of the product.
The purchase price will be refunded to the customer’s account as soon as possible or no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the returned goods. In sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund of payments received until the goods are returned or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, unless the company offers the option to come and collect the goods themselves.
The notice about withdrawal may be submitted by the customer to the company on a form published on our website or with an unambiguous statement clearly stating that he is withdrawing from the contract. It is understood, that the consumer has made the declaration in time if he sends it within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
The company shall return the payments received by the customer with the same means of payment as used by the customer, unless the customer has explicitly requested the use of another way of payment and the consumer does not have additional costs as a result.
The customer cannot claim reimbursement of additional costs incurred if he has explicitly opted for other type of shipment other than the most affordable standard shipment offered by the company.
All the goods have a 1-year warranty. The warranty is only valid if you follow the instructions for use and submit an invoice.

The seller complies with the applicable legislation on consumer protection and other regulations of the Republic of Slovenia. The seller strives to fulfill his duty and to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom the buyer can contact by phone or email in the event of problems. Complaints are submitted via email email@example.com. The appeal procedure is confidential.
Any disputes will be settled amicably by the buyers and the seller, but if this is not possible, the court will have jurisdiction to resolve the disputes.
